Exchange/Returns

Your satisfaction is my greater concern, so if the jewel arrived broken or dented (never happened), send it back and I will repair it free of charge. I do not refund, but again if something is not to your satisfaction fill free to send it back and I will adjust it.

PLEASE NOTE: Do not send anything back without notifying me first to the following email: [email protected]. Always include the motive and whether you prefer a repair an exchange or a voucher of equal value.

Return are possible within 14 (fourteen) days after receipt. The item must be returned in perfect condition, unused, in its original packing with respective purchase invoice by REGISTERED mail only, shipping fees and taxes are not refundable.

Orders will be sent through CTT (Correios de Portugal) with the following deadlines, after dispatch:

- €5,00…….Portugal (Continental e Ilhas): 24 to 48 working days.
- €10,00…..European Union: up to 7 working days.
- €15,00…..Rest of the world: Variable depending on the place of origin of the order.

You can follow your order from the CTT website (cttespresso.pt), a tracking number will be sent to you via email as soon your order is sent.

PLEASE NOTE: Only after payment your order will be taking care.

The prices on the online store do not include taxes at the current rate in Portugal (23%).
